Guests can dine in style with relaxed informality in The Restaurant, as they look out over the river and gardens.

Our chefs serve a selection of well cooked dishes ranging from pub classics such as Freshly Battered Haddock to more sophisticated dishes such as Confit duck with puy lentils, smoked bacon and swede chips.

All our dishes are prepared using only the freshest and finest ingredients, sourced from local suppliers where possible.

Smoked salmon with noodles in a white wine and tarragon cream sauce

Chicken liver parfait with fig jam, Arran oaties and salad

Crab cakes with rocket salad and shallot and lemon grass vinaigrette

Terrine of chicken with asparagus, baby salad and shallot purée

Seared scallops with chilli cous cous and mango chutney
